  1. Actually this workout really works and quite easy for me, because i am a busy mom so found no spare time to go the gym or doing any other activity. That was my training today, I felt great. It never fails that every time I visit your blog I feel inspired and motivated to move. 🙂 You’re awesome!

    I completed 3 rounds, arm circles, knee push-ups and over head press but Floor tricep dips was still difficult for me to do!
